EziCare Mobile App for Support Workers

EziCare includes a companion app for Support Workers who deliver services to participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

The EziCare app streamlines the capture of activity data for employers, ensuring payments are made promptly under the NDIS scheme.
With the app, employees are able to log in and view their rostered sessions and a full description of their scheduled activity. It also allows them to apply for annual leave and record key activity milestones against live sessions including:
  • Time and attendance (Start and Stop session)
  • Travel time and distance (Start and End trip)
  • Goal progress and case notes
  • Participant attendance and signature
Full participant support details can be viewed in app including:
  • Case notes
  • Activity goals and progress
  • Documents
  • Medication records
  • Contact details
  • A participant’s wider support network including family emergency contacts and allied health professionals
In order to access the app your organisation must be first using Eziway Care Manager.
