Yes. You do not need to install any software as EziCare is accessed through your web browser or convenient mobile app. Accessible anywhere, anytime, with an active Internet connection

Yes. The EziCare mobile app is designed to assist your mobile workforce manage services at the point of delivery without the need to update and maintain paper records. It enables remote access to the staff member's roster and the participant management system. Even when off-line, EziCare can still be accessed and utilised.

EziCare's cloud-based servers are located in both Melboure and Sydney Australia, with redundancies in Regional Victoria.

Each night a backup is taken and stored on separate servers across multiple states, on-shore in Australia. Each nightly backup is stored for 30 days before being securely deleted.

EziCare is a complete one stop shop so whilst not all features may be required initially they are available as your company grows. EziCare will assist you manage NDIS compliance and keep your operationl costs to a minimum. Additional products such as EziPay could be incorporated as your organisation grows to easily manage all operational requirements.

Our EziCare annual licensing structure has a minimum user base, so if you your organisation has fewer employees you would be charged the minimum rate.

EziCare exports billing transactions (invoices) in formats that can be imported into MYOB and XERO. Support for other systems can be built when required by new customers, however charges may apply.

Yes. Data can be easily exported to MS Excel for data manipulation from any of the inbuilt reports in EziCare - including information related to Time & Attendance, billing transactions, along with participant information. Our friendly support team can assist with any additional data export requests.

EziCare’s billing module provides CSV files for clients to upload in the Provider Portal’s ‘Bulk Upload’ facility.

EziCare offers a variety of support options, making it simple to get the support you need. This includes support via email, phone, an in-house ticketing system to manage your requests, along with Integrated Tutorials

EziCare support staff are 100% On-shore, In-House in Australia. The people that built the system, support it.

The annual licensing fee gives you and your staff unlimited access to the latest version of both desktop and mobile interfaces. In addition, it includes ongoing functional and technical support from our on-shore Australian team at Ezicare.

To keep the licensing fees for EziCare as low as possible, the items that are not included in the licensing fees are those where the needs of the clients vary significantly. This includes things like scoping and set up fee, direct training for individual employees/support workers from an EziCare product specialist (on-site or video-conferencing), customisation of software, building of client-specific reports, along with annual support and product maintenance. No, EziCare's annual licensing fee covers the cost of updates. With EziCare you will know you always have the latest version of the software. Updates include enhancements to functionality, modifications to ensure our clients are always NDIS compliant, along with general performance improvements.

A. The EziCare mobile app provides realtime updates between your Support Worker and Management interfaces. It is even possible to use the mobile app in locations without internet connectivity. Key features include the support worker being able to: - view their roster and detailed activities along with relevant participant information - record start and end shift details, travel time and attendance, participant attendance (and capture signatures), participant support notes and goal progress - submit leave requests (where EziPay is also being used)

The rostering module is built into EziCare without the need to purchase bolt on products. Key features of the Rostering module include: pre-populated activity templates to minimise duplicate data entry; both a live and a master (routine) roster function to support long term planning and urgent roster changes; capacity to send shift offers to support workers to claim vacant shifts; capacity to match the most appropriate worker with each client.

EziCare has built-in rules to ensure compliance. Come audit time all the necessary reports and information are readily available, resulting in a smooth auditing experience. Key features include: - predefined NDIS rules built within the system; - ongoing day-to-day activity is logged and recorded; - requisite reports built into the system to provide evidence, meet NDIS audit requirements

Yes, EziCare will provide your staff members with relevant staff/participant information based on the role that is assigned to them. This gives you a hierarchical level of access ensuring staff only see what they need to see.

Yes, It is possible to record the relevant accreditations for your staff with expiry and reminder dates. If a staff member's required accreditation has expired then that staff member will not be available for allocation to support clients where that particular accreditation is required.

Eziway takes the burden off Client Services during transition by providing a thorough understanding of your current business processes; No hardcopy forms to complete - all data is uploaded using appropriate data files; Rostering and Client Management all set up within the one system – no complicated API’s; Training of relevant stakeholders; Communicate directly with employees providing access to their own mobile app. All resulting in an expediated seamless process while transitioning to EziCare. EziCare provides a versatile variety of training solutions to be tailored to your organisational requirements. Staff can utilise the built in Help Centre, along with help guides for particular complex activities. We also offer the option of instructor-led training either face-to-face or online allowing staff the flexibility to learn the way that best suits them.
